The Space

The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, so whoever is preparing dinner doesn't have to miss out on the fun. A dedicated workspace tucked into the main living area also provides a convenient spot for anyone who needs to check in with work during their stay.
Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main level. One of the bedrooms includes a full-size crib, making Sunset Vista especially convenient for families traveling with a baby or toddler.

Quiet, tourist-oriented lakeside neighborhood on Bear Lake’s west shore. Short drives to the Marina, public beaches, lake-front parks, restaurants, ice-cream/raspberry shake stands, and Pickleville Playhouse. Vibe is family-friendly and recreational: summer boating, swimming and festivals; winter offers snowmobiling, ice fishing and access to nearby ski areas. Short local streets with vacation rentals, small businesses and limited grocery/amenities — most full-service shopping is in Logan or other larger towns.

Most guests arrive and get around by car — streets are small but parking is available at beaches and the marina. Plan ahead in peak season and winter. For longer trips, the main regional roads are US‑89 and Utah SR‑30 via Logan Canyon; Logan (Cache Valley) and Salt Lake City provide rental cars, larger groceries, and full services.
