The home sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 7 beds. Beach firepit use is allowed only when local fire restrictions permit.

Quiet residential streets surround tourist-focused strip along Bear Lake Boulevard; mountain scenery, clear water and summer recreational amenities define the area.

Most visitors rely on a car — Garden City is car-dependent. Within the town many places are walkable or bikeable (Dedicated bike paths along all of the main strip).

A $35 damage waiver is included as part of the cleaning fee for each reservation. This waiver helps cover accidental damage during your stay, up to $1,500, and is included automatically with your booking.
