The backyard is the star of Cubbyz Cabin.
Unlike a typical vacation rental with a small patio and a grill, this property offers a large, beautifully landscaped outdoor retreat with mature trees and shrubs, winding paths, rock landscaping, and a huge green lawn.
At the center is a large covered pergola with picnic tables, creating a shaded gathering place for outdoor meals, games, and long summer evenings. A nearby grill makes it easy to turn an afternoon outside into a family cookout.
Around the yard, you'll discover several different places to relax and play. Settle into the Adirondack chairs, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, or let the kids take advantage of all that open lawn.
When the sun goes down, gather around the outdoor fire pit for stories, conversation, and s'mores beneath the Bear Lake sky.
And after a day boating, hiking, skiing, or exploring, slip into the private hot tub and relax.

Bringing the boat? Cubbyz Cabin makes it easy. The property features a large parking area with two entrances/exits, providing plenty of room to maneuver vehicles and trailers without navigating a tight driveway.
With Bear Lake Marina less than two miles away, it's an especially convenient setup for boating groups—bring the boat back after a day on the water, park at the cabin, and be ready to head back to the lake the next morning.

The main living area provides a comfortable place for everyone to gather, with colorful furnishings, a TV, and a gas fireplace that's especially inviting after a winter day at Beaver Mountain.
The living room flows naturally into the dining area and kitchen, keeping everyone together whether you're cooking dinner, playing a game at the table, or relaxing by the fire.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare family meals at home. The large dining table provides a central gathering place for breakfast before heading to the lake or dinner after a full day outside.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Cubbyz Cabin accommodates up to 9 guests while maintaining the comfortable, cozy feeling of a true family cabin.
The sleeping spaces include a welcoming primary bedroom, an additional traditional bedroom, and a fun bunk room that's particularly well suited for younger guests.
Rather than packing the house with sleeping spaces everywhere possible, the layout leaves plenty of room for guests to actually enjoy the home together.

Garden City's restaurants, shops, recreation, and famous raspberry shakes are also conveniently nearby.
During the winter, Beaver Mountain Ski Area is approximately 13 miles away, making Cubbyz Cabin a comfortable year-round home base. Come back from the slopes, warm up beside the fireplace, and finish the evening in the hot tub.

Garden City / Bear Lake West bench — residential vacation homes, beach access and summer tourism. Nearby highlights: sandy public beaches along Bear Lake Boulevard (Rendezvous Beach and Garden City Park Beach), Bear Lake marina and boat ramps, small local eateries/drive-ins famous for raspberry shakes, and scenic drives (Logan Canyon/Tony Grove). The feel is relaxed, family-oriented and outdoors-focused with mountain views to the west and open lakefront to the east.

Walkable for beach, local shops, beaches and nearby park — most guest errands and beach visits can be done on foot or short drive. Car recommended for exploring region (marinas, trailheads, grocery/restaurants outside central strip) and to reach trailheads and nearby towns. Nearest full-service bus/coach or intercity transit is in Logan; nearest regional airports with scheduled commercial service are Ogden (shorter regional service) and Salt Lake City (major hub).

The private hot tub and outdoor gathering areas are available for guest enjoyment. Please supervise children throughout the property, particularly around the hot tub and fire pit.
The outdoor fire pit and grill are provided for guest use. Please follow all posted instructions and any seasonal fire restrictions that may be in effect.
The cabin is located in a residential Bear Lake neighborhood. Please be considerate of neighboring homes and observe quiet hours, particularly when enjoying the outdoor spaces in the evening.
Bear Lake is a four-season destination. Winter weather can bring snow and icy road conditions, so guests traveling during the colder months should arrive with a vehicle appropriate for current conditions.
No pets are permitted. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. Parties and events are not permitted.
