Parking
Parking is limited to one vehicle for Condo 104.
One parking pass is provided and must be displayed as required by Harbor Village. If your group would normally travel in multiple vehicles, please plan accordingly, as this condo does not include parking for a second vehicle.

Lakeside resort neighborhood on Bear Lake’s north shore: short walks to beaches, boat rentals, lakeside restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. The vibe is seasonal—busy, family-oriented summers with quiet, outdoor-sports–focused winters. Nearby points of interest include Bear Lake State Park beaches, public boat launches, Bear Lake Boulevard commercial strip, Raspberry Days (early August) and Beaver Mountain ski area ~20–30 minutes away.

Most guests get around by car; the area is rural and walkability is highest along the lakeshore and Harbor Village complex but limited elsewhere. Car rentals are recommended for shopping, dining off the lake, and winter access to ski areas and trails. Local options include seasonal boat, jet‑ski and ATV/UTV rentals, and private shuttle/tour operators in summer. Expect heavier traffic and parking demand on summer weekends; winter driving requires AWD/4WD and attention to chain laws. Nearest full-service town for groceries, fuel and medical services is Logan (approx. 1–1.5 hours west).
