Welcome to your private Illawarra escape – a spacious home created for guests who want the comfort of a full-sized house together with resort-style amenities.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, multiple living spaces and plenty of room for families or groups to enjoy their stay comfortably.
Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool and covered entertaining area, while the property also includes a pool table, pizza oven and fire pit for guests to enjoy.
The standard bedroom configuration accommodates up to 8 guests. For bookings of more than 8 guests, an additional sofa bed can be prepared. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation, as the sofa bed is not normally prepared for bookings of 8 guests or fewer.
This property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to enjoy the home while being considerate of our neighbours. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor entertaining and use of the pool table must finish by 9 PM.
Whether you're visiting for a family getaway, a weekend away with friends or exploring the Illawarra and South Coast, the house provides a comfortable and well-equipped place to relax and enjoy your time together.

Guests have private access to the entire home and its guest amenities, including the swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area, garage entertainment area with pool table, pizza oven and fire pit.
The garage entertainment area and pool table are available until 9 PM each evening in consideration of our neighbours.
Parking is available in the property’s driveway and in the two kerbside spaces directly in front of the house. A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted per booking.
The sofa bed is only prepared for reservations of more than 8 registered guests unless arranged with us in advance.

We respect our guests’ privacy and will leave you to enjoy the home during your stay.
Check-in is designed to be simple and independent, and we are available by message if you need assistance, have a question about the property or require anything during your stay.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible and are happy to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We want guests to enjoy the property while also maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbours. Please make sure everyone in your group is aware of the following before booking:
- No parties, events or functions are permitted at any time.
- Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay at the property. Any additional visitors must be approved by the host beforehand.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9 PM to 7 AM.
- Outdoor entertaining and socialising must finish by 9 PM.
- The pool table and garage entertainment area must not be used after 9 PM, and all garage lights should be switched off after 9 PM unless required for safety or access.
- Please keep conversations, music and other noise to a minimum when arriving or leaving during quiet hours.
- A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted per booking. Please use the property’s driveway and the two kerbside parking spaces directly in front of the house wherever possible, and avoid parking in front of neighbouring properties.
- Please switch off garage, laundry, bathroom and outdoor lights when they are no longer required, particularly overnight.
- The sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than 8 registered guests.
- Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times.
- The fire pit and pizza oven must be used responsibly and only when weather and fire restrictions permit.
- Exterior security cameras are installed around the property, including cameras monitoring the swimming pool area and garage/entertainment area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
This home is best suited to families, couples and respectful groups looking for a relaxing stay. If you're planning a party, event or late-night gathering, this property will not be suitable.
