The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home, Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
