The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

This home sleeps four guests across two bedrooms.

Your linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home; therefore, unfortunately, we won't be able to meet, but this provides a simple, convenient way for you to enter and leave the home.
