Across the duplex, guests have 2 private queen bedrooms, 2 loft areas with queen sleeper sofas, additional living-room sleeping space, 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple areas to relax.

Each side includes 3 Roku TVs, Starlink Wi-Fi and blackout curtains in the bedroom and loft.

The two-unit layout is especially convenient for families and groups who want to stay together while still having separate kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces.

Guests have private access to the entire Unit A, including the bedroom, loft, kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. You’ll also have access to the gated driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. The neighboring Unit B is a separate rental and is not included with your reservation. Entering the other unit is not permitted.

Parking: Up to 7 vehicles may park inside the gated property. Please follow the provided parking instructions so vehicles do not block access.

Gate access: Government-issued photo ID verification is required upon arrival before the entrance gate is opened.

Security: Exterior security cameras are present for property and access security. Cameras do not monitor interior spaces.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor patio areas. No indoor smoking.
