The main level includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped kitchen, living area with a single sleeper sofa, and private washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping and lounging space with two queen sleeper sofas, blackout curtains and a second full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guests also have Starlink Wi-Fi and 3 Roku TVs throughout the home.

With two full bathrooms and separate bedroom, loft and living spaces, the layout gives families and groups room to spread out while staying together.

Guests have private access to all of Unit B, including the bedroom, loft, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry.

Parking: Unit B includes 1 designated gated parking space located in front of the duplex. Additional vehicles are not permitted without prior approval. Groups needing parking for multiple vehicles should consider reserving Unit A or the entire duplex, when available.

Arrival: Ring the gate doorbell and present the government-issued photo ID associated with the reservation to the camera for verification. After verification, the gate will be opened remotely. Your unique reservation door code provides access to Unit B.

A gate fob is provided inside the unit for convenient entry and exit during your stay.

This property is a duplex. Your reservation is exclusively for Unit B; Unit A may be occupied separately during your stay.

Parking: Unit B includes 1 designated gated parking space in front of the duplex. Please do not park along the side or rear driveway, as those spaces are reserved for Unit A. If your group requires additional parking, please contact us before booking.

Noise: Please be considerate of guests staying in the neighboring unit and observe quiet hours.

Security: Exterior security cameras monitor property entrances and gated access. Cameras do not monitor interior spaces. Do not cover, disconnect, move or tamper with security equipment.

Smoking: No indoor smoking or vaping. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor patio area.
