Unit A is a private 2-level stay designed for groups of up to 7 guests.

The main level features a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped kitchen, living area with a single sleeper sofa, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping and lounging space with two queen sleeper sofas, blackout curtains and a second full bathroom with walk-in shower.

You’ll also have Starlink Wi-Fi and 3 Roku TVs throughout the home.

One of Unit A’s biggest advantages is parking: up to 4 vehicles can park inside the gated property, making it especially convenient for families, work crews and groups arriving separately.

Guests have private access to the entire Unit A, including the bedroom, loft, kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. You’ll also have access to the gated driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The neighboring Unit B is a separate rental and is not included with your reservation. Entering the other unit is not permitted.

Conveniently located near NRG Stadium and the Texas Medical Center, with easy access to Downtown Houston, the Museum District, Houston Zoo, dining and entertainment. The location works especially well for NRG events, medical visits, business travel and groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

Driving or rideshare is the easiest way to explore Houston from the property. Unit A includes gated on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles, a major convenience for groups traveling separately. Nearby highway access makes it easy to reach NRG Stadium, the Texas Medical Center, Downtown Houston and the Museum District.

This property is a duplex. Your reservation is exclusively for Unit A; Unit B may be occupied separately during your stay.

Parking: Unit A includes gated parking for up to 4 vehicles. Vehicles must remain within Unit A’s designated parking area and may not block Unit B, the gate or driveway access.

Noise: Because another group may be staying next door, please be considerate of neighboring guests and observe quiet hours.

Security: Exterior security cameras monitor property entrances and gated access. Cameras do not monitor interior spaces. Do not cover, disconnect, move or tamper with security equipment.

Smoking: No indoor smoking or vaping. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor patio area.

Events: Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.

Gate fob: Please return the gate fob as instructed at checkout. Lost or unreturned fobs are subject to a $100 replacement fee.

Keys: Any provided physical keys must be returned as instructed. Lost or unreturned keys are subject to a $250 replacement fee.
