The main level features a large, open floor plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom.

The living room has an extra long L-shaped couch with enough seating room for everyone! The large, wall-mounted smart TV & Roku will allow you to stream all of your favorite programs, sports events or music and the fireplace is perfect to cozy up next to with a book during the Arizona winter nights.

The newly remodeled, spacious and fully-loaded kitchen has ample counter space for preparing and serving meals, new stainless steel appliances, spices and cooking oil, a coffee and tea nook and a long breakfast bar with stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or for a serving area.

The dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen, seats 10-12 people so your entire group can dine together.

The laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer complete with laundry essentials like detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Open up the double glass patio doors in the dining room for direct access to the large, covered patio. The backyard space opens up to the dining area which features a table for 6, wall-mounted, smart TV, a large bar with built-in drink cooler to keep all of your beverages ice cold, & plenty of bar stools and counter space for the entire group! The built in gas grill is directly adjacent to the dining space making serving your favorite BBQ meals a breeze (a small charcoal grill is also available).

Outdoor games will keep everyone entertained and the pool-side loungers and sun umbrellas will allow you to enjoy as little or as much sun as you like.

In the evening, toast some smores (or just get yourself toasty!) next to the outdoor firepit or take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub!

The downstairs level of the home features a large game room with wall-mounted smart TV, pool table, lots of board games, wet bar, plenty of seating and a super cool grass wall with a neon "good vibes only” sign...the perfect back-drop for all your vacay photos!

Get ready for a night out in Old Town in the makeup room because you’re like, really pretty! With room for 8, each prepping station is complete with a pink velvet stool, lighted tri-fold mirror and a heat resistant pad for all your hot tools.

The dedicated workspace is located in the downstairs bedroom and is complete with a writing desk, chair and printer to tackle all of your "work from home” tasks.

For the protection and safety of our home and our guests, this property is equipped with outdoor security cameras FOOTAGE IS ONLY REVIEWED IN THE INSTANCE OF AN EVENT. There are cameras at the:
-front of the house
-east side of the house
-west side of the house (facing pool equipment)

The house is idyllically located in the Indian Bend neighborhood, nestled on a quiet street just minutes from freeway access, grocery stores, parks, shopping, restaurants, nightlife & all of the other fun & exciting things that make Old Town Scottsdale unique! Only 3 miles from downtown Old Town, it boasts the perfect location for enjoying all that Old Town has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet place at the end of the day to rest, relax & recharge.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy with a Lyft or Uber. Or jump on one of the many electric bikes or scooters available throughout town.

**PLEASE NOTE: Pool heating is optional. There is a $100/day charge for pool heating to a max of 85 degrees.

Between Oct - May, pool heating is usually required to enjoy the pool.

From June - Sept, the pool will naturally be in the 80’s+ which is the perfect swimming temperatures for most people.
