Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the detached guest casita, the backyard, the private pool, and all amenities. Free, private driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

This part of North Scottsdale has a relaxed, mostly residential feel, with a mix of established single-family homes and newer development, while still being close to the restaurants, shopping, and coffee spots around Kierland and Scottsdale Road. Desert Horizon Park is nearby for some open space, and you’ll notice the Sonoran Desert landscape throughout the area. It’s more of a “have a car and explore” neighborhood than a walk-everywhere district, but that’s part of the appeal if you want a quieter home base between outings.

A car is the easiest way to get around Scottsdale from here, especially if you’re planning to visit TPC Scottsdale, Old Town, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, or explore restaurants and attractions across the Valley. There are plenty of shopping and dining options along Scottsdale Road, including Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, while rideshare services are convenient for nights out. Walking is doable for some nearby destinations, but the broader area has relatively limited walkability, so most guests will likely prefer driving or rideshare. Parking is generally easiest at the home and at the shopping centers and attractions you visit.

Pool Safety: The private pool is not fenced or gated. Guests are responsible for the supervision of all individuals, especially children, in the backyard and pool area at all times.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are active security cameras located on the exterior of the home. These cameras do not have views of any interior spaces or the pool area.
