The master bedroom en suite, boasts a king sized bed, a large wall-mounted smart TV, double full-length mirrored closet doors and a clothes dresser for storing all of your belongings.

The attached private bathroom has a walk-in shower complete with shampoo, conditioner & body wash & soft, fluffy towels to wrap yourself up in.

The 2nd guest room has a queen sized bed, window seating bench, large smart TV, double mirrored closet doors and large dresser for storage.

The 3rd guest room has 2 double beds, wall-mounted smart TV and closet space for storage.

Freshly remodeled, the gorgeous and modern hall bathroom is complete with shower and soaking tub and all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, q-tips, cotton pads & more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal for your family & friends including baking ware, serving ware, silverware, drink ware, bar ware, pots and pans, cutting boards, knife block, mixing and serving bowls and more. Small appliances include a complete Ninja blending system (perfect for a blended margarita on a hot summer day!), toaster, Keurig coffee machine, French press & crock pot.

The large kitchen island has 4 bar stools, the perfect setting for happy hour or a quick breakfast before hitting the town for a day of sightseeing.

There is a small bar area fully stocked with drink ware, martini shaker and accessories, electric wine opener and decanter. There is also a built-in wine fridge so you can keep all of your bottles at the perfect temperature.

A corner desk, chair and high-speed internet make the dedicated workspace the perfect spot to tackle all of your “work from home” tasks.

The dining room is directly adjacent to the kitchen making serving meals a breeze.

But it wouldn't be complete without a beautiful outdoor space! The backyard features a large dining table and chairs, a fire column for those cool evenings, a comfy lounging area with wall-mounted smart TV, a propane grill and 6 pool-side sun loungers perfect for soaking up the gorgeous Arizona weather. (POOL IS NOT HEATED). And don't forget to turn on the bistro lights to add the perfect amount of ambiance to the Arizona evenings.

If adventure is on your mind, hop on one of the 2 beach cruisers and take a cruise around Old Town.

You will find everything you need within 2 miles of the home including shopping, dining, nightlife, spring training, art museums, freeway access, grocery stores, parks & more!

This property is equipped with a Minut which measure the decibel levels in our home.

The city of Scottsdale limits occupancy at a vacation rental to 6 adults and their related dependent children.
Max occupancy of this property shall not exceed 8 people.

Our guests will have access to the entire home, private outdoor pool (pool is not heated) & private backyard. The garage is not available for guest use.

The property is situated on a quiet street about 1.5 miles from downtown Old Town Scottsdale. Find everything you need within a few miles of the home including gas stations, grocery stores, dining, shopping, art museums, spring training, nightlife & more!

Jump on one of the beach cruisers and take a stroll around Old Town or grab an Uber/Lyft for a short 5 min ride to downtown Old Town.

Please note, POOL IS NOT HEATED. Because there isn’t a fence around the pool, we are unable to accommodate small children for safety reasons.
