About this house
Welcome to Afterglow, a spacious single-level home (no stairs) on a golf course in Crystal River, minutes from Three Sisters Springs.
POOL AND BACKYARD
The private pool sits inside a screen enclosure and looks out over the golf course. Sunsets here are the best part of the day. It's a refreshing spot to cool off after a day on the water. You'll often see golfers and golf carts passing by.
Out back you'll also find an side house /outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, at the back with a gazebo patio with outdoor dining, and a big sandbox with remote-control trucks for the kids. There's mini golf, life-size games and bikes to explore the neighborhood. (your kids will never get board)
INSIDE
A bright open layout with high ceilings connects the newly renovated kitchen, the living room and the pool table game area. The oversized kitchen has lots of counter space and everything you need to cook: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and dishes for the whole group. The living room has a 70" Smart TV and leather seating.
For fun: a pool table, board games, books, and a children's playroom with toys and books for ages 5-10. Need to work? There's a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
3 bedrooms with a king in the primary
and a queen & king plus a second bed in each of the other two, and 3 full bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer and towels are provided.
ALSO HERE
Washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, ceiling fans and A/C, and free parking on the property.
The whole home is yours: the house, the screened pool, the backyard, the outdoor kitchen and the gazebo patio. We'll send you check-in details before you arrive. Free parking is on the property.
- The backyard isn't fully fenced and backs onto the golf course.
- There is front exterior security camera only. No cameras inside the home.
- The indoor fireplace is for decorative only.
- We don't have a crib or high chair.
- No pets, please. Service animals are always welcome.
- Three Sisters Springs is part of the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge and needs a pass or ticket to enter. Manatee season peaks November through March.
- Stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.
Weekly pool maintenance every Tuesday at 11 AM (varies time)
*Trash day is every tuesday noon
* Heated Pool use for free. Please note that by using these amenities, guests accept full responsibility and acknowledge the property owner and managers are not liable for any injuries incurred.
If weather below 50 degree please be advise that pool may not heated completely.
