🚤 Bringing a Boat?
Our driveway features a 10'9" double gate with space for boats up to 19 feet. Larger boats may be difficult to back in due to an electrical pole across the street. Please review the listing photos for the recommended trailer route and parking layout before arrival.

You will have access to one side of the duplex. This is a private space with fully fenced in back yard and two parking spaces out front. Our fence has a double gate that is 10' 9" width.
