*Weekly pool maintenance every Tuesday or Wednesday at 11 AM (varies time)
*Trash day is every tuesday noon

* Pool use for free. Please note that by using these amenities, guests accept full responsibility and acknowledge the property owner and managers are not liable for any injuries incurred.

If weather below 50 degree please be advise that pool may not heated completely.
