Owner Lana renovated her big apartment ( 120 square meters ) in 2019. and she made 2 Guest suits that we call “ OBBA”.

When you enter house, You will find Yourself in small hallway, left side is entrance for smaller “MALLY” Suite and right side is entrance to bigger “VELLY” Suite.
Apartments can perfectly accommodate 4 guests.

Away from busy touristy town centre but so close from it all, our apartment is situated in a quite dead end road.
Come and feel our apartment that is set in a famous, charming, small and safe district of Split called Bacvice .
Neighborhood has a plenty of restaurants and bars, place where is easy to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just a coffee, glass of wine or cold beer.
There is also recreational area next to building with outdoor Fitness Equipment.
All of us who live in Split we know that this is truly the best location to live in!

We provide our guests with the key for one car but make sure to find the parking spot as in the summer there is a lots of cars around

- The free street parking is just in front of the building ( Bregovita street ) but if you are not lucky to find a free place then a paid parking street area is all around the building or 1 minute walk to the 24/7 video-surveilled outside paid parking space.

Side street parkings are also in Bijankinijeva street, price is 5 kuna per hour, night time and weekend are free of charge.
