Tucked on the 3rd floor of a peaceful residential building (with an elevator, so no suitcase workouts), this spot is exactly where locals wish they could be - right between Bacvice Beach, the ferry port, the central station, and the vibrant Old Town waterfront.

When you enter, you’ll step into an open space with a sofa that easily turns into a bed - perfect for stretching out and watching your favorite Netflix shows on the Smart TV, especially on a rainy day.

Feeling hungry? You can prepare meals on the stove or in the oven - we’ve left all the basics you might need, including spices, oil, and vinegar. Your ingredients and drinks will stay fresh in the fridge with freezer, and there’s even a blender if you’re in the mood for a morning smoothie.

If you need to work (hopefully not too much on your well-deserved vacation), there’s a desk ready for you. This part of your Split home is also equipped with A/C and electric blinds, so when it gets scorching outside, you’ll return to a cool, calm space.

And of course - good sleep is everything. The queen bed is comfy, with fresh cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets. The bedroom has its own A/C and electric blinds - who wants to sleep in a hot room ?

Your bathroom is stocked with washing detergent, shampoo, shower gel, and towels. There’s even a washer, which comes in super handy if you’re traveling a lot.
Oh - and yes, we’ve also made sure you have an iron and a drying rack for your clothes.

You’ll have full access to all the apartment’s amenities, so please make yourself at home.

Away from busy touristy town centre but so close from it all, our apartment is situated in a quite dead end road.
Come and feel our apartment that is set in a famous, charming, small and safe district of Split called Bacvice .
Bacvice has a plenty of restaurants and bars, place where is easy to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just a coffee, glass of wine or cold beer.
There is also recreational area next to building with outdoor Fitness Equipment.
All of us who live in Split we know that this is truly the best location to live in!

☼ turn right for 5 minutes walk to famous Diocletian’s Palace, seafront promenade called Riva, numerous restaurants and bars, museums, shops, pharmacies, bakeries..

☼ turn left for 5 minutes walk to popular sandy beach Bacvice

☼ 1 minute away from the free street parking ( if you find the place ) and pay parking lot
- The free street parking is just in front of the building ( Bregovita street ) but if you are not lucky to find a free place then a paid parking street area is all around the building or 1 minute walk to the 24/7 video-surveilled outside paid parking space.
This parking you will find on maps under the name Guarded parking with Teller.
Address is: Bijankinijeva ulica 2. The price is approx. 1 euro /1 hour and 23 euros/1 day.
Side street parkings are also in Bijankinijeva street, price is 5 kuna per hour, night time and weekend are free of charge.
