Welcome to your cozy little cottage in Eidelweiss Village. This is a cottage—not a full-size house—and that is part of its charm. It’s small, simple, wood-paneled, and has the comfortable, lived-in character of a classic New Hampshire getaway.

This isn’t a glossy new-build pretending to be a cabin. It’s the real thing: cozy spaces, a screened porch, quiet surroundings, and a private beach directly across the street.

## Your Own Private Beach

The best feature of this cottage may be the small private beach located directly across the street. It’s reserved exclusively for homes on this road, so enjoying the water couldn’t be easier—grab your towel, walk across the street, and you’re there.

Guests also have access to all five Eidelweiss community beaches if you’d like to explore a different spot during your stay.

## Inside the Cottage

This is a true New Hampshire cottage—small, cozy, wood-paneled, and filled with the kind of character that makes a cottage feel like a cottage.

The living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the White Mountains. The compact kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and the screened porch is a great spot for morning coffee, evening card games, or enjoying the fresh air without sharing your seat with the mosquitoes.

Please note that there is no washer or dryer on-site, so pack accordingly.

## A Few Honest Cottage Notes

This is an older cottage in a wooded lake community, and it comes with all the charm and little quirks you’d expect. The rooms are cozy rather than oversized, the finishes are simple, and you may occasionally spot a spider or cobweb—especially around the screened porch.

It’s comfortable, welcoming, and made for guests who appreciate easy lake days, quiet surroundings, and the relaxed feel of a classic New Hampshire cottage.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

With quiet roads for walking, nearby trails, and plenty of outdoor adventures, this is the kind of cottage dogs tend to approve of—enthusiastically.

## Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cottage, the private beach across the street, and all five Eidelweiss community beaches.

We give our guests privacy during their stay, but we’re nearby and happy to help if something comes up. Your lockbox code will be shared through the app 24 hours before arrival.

* Guests not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be at least 25 years old
* Maximum occupancy is five guests
* No smoking anywhere on the property
* No parties or events
* No washer or dryer or dishwasher on-site
* Firewood is not provided
* Please fully extinguish the fire before leaving the fire pit unattended or heading inside


The entire home, 5 beaches and the private beach across the street, the fire pit in the yard are all available for guests.
