Various pots & pans for you and a complete set of dinnerware and cookware for 6 people.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid possible allergy-related issues we do not provide food items, including seasonings, oils, etc.

In the living room you will find:

Soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity for your music and
Blue Ray player if you need extra entertainment.

An office space nook just by the living room area to catch up on some reading or work.

Private Internet is available to our guests at no extra cost. The resort offers free internet as well, available in all public areas.

This condo has been renovated with love and care to fit your family's needs and provide a place to rest and relax during your vacation.

Tropical heated pools are just a 2 minute's walk away. Open until late at night and with comfortable chairs so you can relax in the sun and let the everyday worries vanish.
The fantastic whirlpool and the most gorgeous view in the area are just what you need after a long day.
The sun deck has a beautiful lake view and offers the opportunity to enjoy your day with a drink from the Tiki bar.

Also in the resort:

Guests have access to all the common areas and amenities. Inside the house the only locked door is the öwners closet" and machine room (water heater and a/c handler).

As much I would like to interact with guests and get to know them, here I'll leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. And don't worry, the management team and I are available 24/7 in case of any emergency or any problem that needs our attention.

There are restaurants, supermarkets (Walmart and Publix) and lots of other attractions and shopping, starting 1/2 mile away.
Distance to some of the Parks:
Disney Epcot Center: 6 miles
Disney Magic Kingdom parking lot & Transportation Center: 9 Miles
Sea World: 9 miles
Universal Orlando: 11 miles.

If you are not driving your car, Uber and Lyft will be the best option, each way to the parks should be between $12 and $20 depending on the time of the day and the park you go.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra charge for reservations of 4 nights or more if bookings permit, if this is essential to your travel please contact me before making your reservation.

Please respect all rules of our community, you will find them posted around the common areas of the resort.

This is a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. At the house, we leave two large rolls of toilet tissue, two kitchen trash bags, two pods of laundry detergent, liquid dish soap, two pods for the dishwasher, and a few other items.
To avoid food contamination and allergy issues we do not leave any food items in the house, including condiments.
