We're committed to providing our guests with round-the-clock support. You can reach us anytime through our chat or telephone. Our dedicated crew is available during regular work hours to assist with any issues you may have while staying at the house. For emergencies, we have a crew on standby 24/7, ready to help at a moment's notice.

Public transportation is not readily available, and you will need a car or rely on services like Uber and Lyft.

At the house, you will find sixteen sets of bath towels and pool towels. If by any chance there are any missing towels at the time of check-in, please contact us.
Our towels do not belong to the resort and should be accounted for at the end of each stay. If you take them to the resort pool, please remember to bring them back.

This is a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we leave a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. We leave at the house six rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, two kitchen trash bags, a small bottle of dish detergent, one sponge, two pods for the dishwasher, and two pods for the laundry machine, coffee filters, individual packets of sugar and salt. We do not leave any other cooking oils or seasonings.

Our resort charges $25 per vehicle for the gate access card, and this fee must be paid at the resort front desk. Up to four vehicles are allowed per reservation. Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted inside the resort.

*The pool and hot tub heating is not included with your stay and must be paid separately. The price for the heating fee is $35 per booked night (for reservations of 2 nights, the fee will be $105).
*The charcoal grill is not included in your stay. The price is $50 per reservation. We do not provide charcoal, other grilling tools, or fluids.
