With central air-conditioning and heating controlled by a modern thermostat, you will be comfortable during the hottest days of the year and during brisk winter days as well.

This is a new upcoming neighborhood, exclusively made for vacation and enjoyment.
There are a lot of things to do at the resort. On your way to and from the theme parks and other attractions, there are plenty of restaurants, outlet shopping, gift shops, grocery stores, and much more

Very easy to get by car, with parking spaces on the doorstep of the house. If needed Uber and Lyft are only minutes away.

Pool heating is not included with the nightly rate. The fee is $35 per booked night. For reservations of 2 nights, the fee is $105. The pool temperature is set to 90°F, our pool heater can only raise the main pool temperature by 20°F above the air-temperature at a rate of 1°F per hour (and it may not operate properly when the air temperature is below 55°F). Even if other hosts don't disclose this information, this will be the same for all houses in our area.

This is a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we leave a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. We leave five large rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, two kitchen trash bags, two pods of laundry detergent, liquid dish soap, two loads of dishwasher detergent (for the dishwasher machine)., and a few other items.
To avoid any issues with food tampering and allergies issues we do not leave any food items at the house, including food seasoning and oils.
