Our property is a self-catered vacation rental, so guests are responsible for providing their own food, beverages, toiletries, and any additional household supplies they may need during their stay.

As a courtesy, we provide the following complimentary starter supplies upon arrival:

Bathroom

* One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one additional roll, for a total of three rolls
* Hand soap in both bathrooms
* 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo in a dispenser
* Conditioner in a dispenser

Kitchen

* One roll of paper towel
* One dish sponge
* Liquid dish soap in a dispenser
* Two dishwasher detergent pods
* One additional trash bag
* Prepackaged, individual-size salt and pepper packets
* Coffee filters; coffee is not provided

Laundry

* Two laundry detergent pods

Towels, Linens & Wristbands

* Six sets of bath towels, with one bath towel and one face towel per set
* Six pool towels
* Six pool wristbands, which provide access to the community pool
* Washcloths are not provided

All supplies, towels, linens, and wristbands listed above are provided as a courtesy for your convenience. If any towels or wristbands are missing at check-in, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our towels and bedding linens are not provided by the resort. Please ensure that all towels, linens, and wristbands are accounted for and returned to the house at the end of your stay.

These items are provided as courtesy starter supplies only and will not be replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need based on the length of their reservation and personal usage.

We recommend stopping at a nearby supermarket upon arrival to purchase groceries, beverages, coffee, toiletries, and any other household essentials you may require.

🐜 Florida Bugs & Keeping Doors Closed

Florida may have ants, no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects, especially during warm or humid weather. Please keep all doors and windows closed, including screened doors, whenever possible. Store food properly, clean up crumbs and spills promptly, and avoid leaving doors open to help prevent bugs from entering the home.

🐾 Pet Policy for Pet-Friendly Homes

We welcome up to 2 pets per reservation, with a combined maximum weight of 60 lbs. Breed restrictions apply under HOA rules, so please contact us to confirm your pet’s breed is permitted before booking. A pet fee applies. All pets must be disclosed and included in your Airbnb reservation and comply with house rules and community regulations. ❤️
