Welcome to our 7-bedroom family oasis in the gated Terra Verde Resort, a premier locale offering round-the-clock security. Nestled just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and an array of attractions, our home is designed for groups of up to 16 guests, promising a memorable vacation filled with fun, relaxation, and enchantment.

Step into our modern, spacious villa, where you’ll find two inviting living areas, a large kitchen with island seating, and a dining table that comfortably accommodates six. Our game room boasts a TV, pool table, and gaming chairs, creating a hub of entertainment for guests of all ages. The house also features a laundry room with all essentials, four and a half bathrooms, and amenities for the little ones such as a high chair, pack and play, and safety gates.

The magic truly unfolds in the themed bedrooms. On the first floor, unwind in the grand master suite, featuring a king-size bed and an attached bathroom complete with a stand-in shower and a large bathtub. Venture upstairs to discover a world of fantasy across six themed bedrooms:

Public transportation is not readily available, and you will need a car or rely on services like Uber and Lyft.

This is a self-catered house, we provide a starter kit with essential supplies for your convenience upon arrival. We leave at the house five rolls of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, two pods of laundry detergent, liquid dish soap, two pods for the dishwasher, and a few other items. We do not provide any food items, including oils, salt, and pepper.

Our resort charges $20 per vehicle for the gate access card, and this fee must be paid at the resort front desk. Up to four vehicles are allowed per reservation. Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted inside the resort.

*Our pool is available 24 hours a day, with the pump running from 9 am to 10 pm on a timer. Please note that the pool heater is not included in your stay and can be turned on for a rate of $35 per booked night. For bookings of 2 nights the fee is $105. If you plan to use the pool during winter months, please request pool heating at least three days in advance, as it can take 24 to 48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions. Please note that the pool heater may work slower or not at all if the outdoor temperature gets colder and drops below 50°F.

*We offer a grill rental for $50 per reservation. Please note that charcoal and tools are not provided.
