The home boasts two inviting living areas, offering plenty of room to unwind, stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or challenge your travel companions to a friendly game of pool. For younger guests, a high chair, safety gates, kids’ books and games are thoughtfully included, creating a truly family-friendly getaway.

At the heart of the home, the top floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, bathed in natural light. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring modern appliances, a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and an island bench that's ideal for entertaining. Sliding doors open to a spacious balcony, where ocean breezes and an outdoor BBQ area set the scene for alfresco dining and long, lazy afternoons.

The Grampian Grove is packed with comforts to make your stay effortless from full laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, to unlimited Wi-Fi and a curated library of books and games for all ages. Crisp linen and plush towels are included, so you can arrive and instantly relax.

Parking is a breeze with a large carport available for your use (please note the garage is not accessible). The home is surrounded by low-maintenance landscaping, designed to enhance the laid-back coastal lifestyle while keeping your stay stress-free.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are strictly prohibited.

Please note: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located upstairs, while Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
