The well-equipped kitchen makes entertaining a pleasure, featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast. Outside, the private alfresco area offers the ideal place to enjoy long summer lunches, fire up the BBQ or simply sit back with a glass of wine as the day comes to an end.

Sleeping up to six guests, The Cowes Retreat features three beautifully styled queen bedrooms, each dressed in quality linen with plush bedding and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep. The spacious master suite includes its own private ensuite, while the second bathroom features both a bath and separate shower, making it ideal for families and groups travelling together.

Whether you're escaping for a weekend or staying a little longer, every convenience has been thoughtfully included. Enjoy unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a selection of family games, a dedicated study nook for those needing to work remotely, and full laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. No Pets – For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
No Smoking – This is a smoke-free property and building.
No Schoolies/Parties – Bookings for schoolies or party groups are not accepted.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
