Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom family retreat, nestled within the exclusive Lake Berkley Resort - a premier gated community with 24-hour security. Designed to accommodate families and groups of all sizes, our home is just minutes away from world-famous attractions like Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Moreover, it's conveniently situated within an hour's drive from Legoland, pristine Atlantic Ocean and Gulf Coast beaches, and other captivating attractions.

Our spacious home can comfortably host up to 10 guests, providing the perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience. The open living room offers seating for 8 guests, while the dining area accommodates 6. The breakfast bar provides seating for an additional 3 guests. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and board for your convenience.

With 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms, high chair, pack and play, safety gates, and TVs in every bedroom, we've ensured that all guests, including the little ones, are well catered for. All beds feature ultra-comfortable memory foam mattresses, promising a restful night's sleep.

The first floor boasts a large master suite with a king-size bed and luxurious design. Upstairs, the second master suite offers a private balcony overlooking the resort, a king-size bed, and an opulent design. The third bedroom is a Star Wars-themed haven, complete with a bunk bed (twin size on top and bottom, and full in the middle), and wall-to-wall decorations to fully immerse you in the action. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is a magical Disney's Frozen-themed sanctuary, featuring two cozy twin-XL beds.

Just a short walk from the house, you'll find the resort's pool area, gym, clubhouse, grills, and picnic tables. Lake Berkley Resort offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a serene lake with a walking path, picturesque views of the Florida landscape, breathtaking sunsets, a fishing deck, outdoor exercise equipment, a children's playground, and much more.

In the vicinity of the house, you'll find a Walmart and Aldi within a mile, as well as local shops and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Gatorland, swamp airboat rides, safari rides, mini-golf, and dinner shows like Medieval Times (less than 1 mile away).

Very close to Walmart and outlet stores. On your way out to the parks make a quick stop at Walmart grab your lunch. On the way back stop at the Old Town and enjoy the area and the stores there. If you are headed home and don't want to cook, there's lot's of options on your way to the house, I love to stop at the Steak'n Shake late at night because they are open 24h, or if it is not that late I'll go to Golden Corral, Cici's Pizza, Ichiban Buffet or Pollo Tropical, Pollo Tropical it's not on the way to the parks but it's cheap and great food, rice beans, pork or chicken and salad.

Public transportation is not readily available. You will have to come with your own vehicle or rent one locally (two parking spaces are available in front of the house), the second best option is to use Lyft or Uber (Lyft is usually a few $ cheaper)

The maximum occupancy of the house is 10 persons, including adults, kids, and infants.

Only two vehicles are allowed to park inside the resort, if there is enough space at the overflow parking, two additional vehicles can be parked there. Comercial vehicles, oversized trucks and vans, recreational vehicles, and trailers, are not allowed inside te resort.

All linen and towels are provided, and a starter kit with house supplies is provided with enough to get you started for the first few days.

This is a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we leave a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. We leave at the house four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, two kitchen trash bags, a small bottle of dish detergent, one sponge, two pods for the dishwasher, and two pods for the laundry machine, coffee filters, individual packets of sugar and salt. We do not leave any other cooking oils or seasonings.

Even though we love pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed in the house or at the resort. The resort strongly enforces this rule at the gate.
