The stylish kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances, a coffee machine to kick-start your mornings, and ample cupboard space. Whether you're preparing a meal indoors or enjoying a barbecue outside, the indoor and outdoor dining areas provide inviting spaces to gather.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the cozy indoor lounge where you can curl up by the fireplace (BYO wood), dive into a movie marathon on the Smart TV, or enjoy endless entertainment with unlimited Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a PlayStation 2.

The polished floorboards and bi-fold glass doors seamlessly flow to your entertaining deck and private, spacious garden. The fully fenced yard ensures your pets can join in the holiday fun, totem tennis, and plenty of space to play. Relax in the hammock or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Located in a quiet residential street, Finch's Landing Rye is just a 10–15-minute walk to Rye’s pristine beaches, charming shops, world-class golf courses, and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs.

The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Finch's Landing Rye is your perfect beachside escape, offering a balance of relaxation, adventure, and luxury.

This home sleeps eight people across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2x Single Bunks

Included in the home are a doona, doona cover, and pillows.

There is a porta-cot available for guests to use located in the Master Bedroom wardrobe. BYO linen for use.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can rent a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bath mat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any added pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours’ notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
