La Maison Ver La Mer is a modern and large home with an open plan living, kitchen and living area that leads out to an outdoor entertaining area where family and friends can wine and dine in style or even have a BBQ.

The open-plan kitchen has all your cooking essentials. The coastal ambience extends to the luxury lounge, including a wide-screen smart TV, together with a split system, and a cosy gas log fireplace.

Enjoy a meal in the enclosed indoor space, complete with a spacious dining table perfect for gathering and sharing moments.

This spacious home accommodates 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms. (Bedroom 4 does not have a door). The main level has a queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with tri bunks (double bottom / single top), plus an additional trundle bed in the second bedroom. Upstairs is a fabulous parents' retreat, offering a double size bedroom, a single bedroom (without a door), an ensuite, and a living room with a split system and a TV. The modern family bathroom is on the main level.

Expansive alfresco dining, featuring a 14 seat cover dining suite, cosy lounges, an enclosed server room, and a gas BBQ. Surrounded by a fully enclosed backyard. One of the best private outdoor entertaining areas. Please note there is no dining table inside.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway to soak up the sun or chill in the great-sized backyard and patio area there is something for everyone.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed - sleeps 2 (main level)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Tri bunk & trundle bed - sleeps 4 (main level)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri bunk Beds - sleeps 3 (main level)
Bedroom 4: 1 x Single bed - sleeps 1 (upstairs) (This bedroom does not have a door)
Bedroom 5: 1 x Queen Bed - sleeps 2 (upstairs)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
