Lakeshore Drive fronts Webster Lake within the Lakes Region town of Franklin. The area is residential and picturesque with lakefront homes, small public beaches/boat access nearby, wooded lots and seasonal recreational activity (boating, fishing, swimming in summer; ice fishing and snow activities in winter). Downtown Franklin (South Main/ Central area) is a short drive and offers basic services — grocery, restaurants, coffee, hardware, and municipal facilities. Regional attractions (hiking, ski areas, and larger Lakes Region destinations) are within 30–60 minutes.

The neighborhood is car-dependent but easily walkable for short lakeshore strolls. Route 11 (Lake Shore Drive connects directly to it) is the main local road for driving to nearby towns. Parking is generally available at private properties; limited public transit exists. Rideshare coverage may be intermittent — plan for a car rental or private transfer for visitors without a vehicle. Seasonal boat access provides on-water mobility for exploring Webster Lake and neighboring lakes.

• Pets welcome
• Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM
• No ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or golf carts; snowmobiles welcome in winter
• Large gatherings welcome with advance approval, to keep the neighborhood peaceful; no weddings. Please respect the land and neighbors while riding.

EV Charger available at $25 per day. Please inquire about the EV charger when you book!

What's provided:
We stock the house so you can settle in without a store run on day one. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker. There's a generous starter supply of full rolls of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper, plus dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Every bed is made with fresh linens, every bathroom has fresh towels plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and beach towels are ready for the lake. For bigger groups on longer stays, we suggest grabbing extra paper goods partway through the trip.
