While the inside of the home is a private, upscale sanctuary, the surrounding acreage is a bustling neighborhood for our local Florida wildlife! During your stay, you are highly likely to share the grounds with regular feathered and furry visitors. Keep your eyes peeled for our slow-moving neighborhood mascot—a native gopher tortoise who loves to stroll the property—as well as resident wild turkeys marching across the lawn, families of deer grazing near the tree lines at dusk, the resident yellow rat snake scaling the ancient live oaks, and various vibrant birds soaring overhead. It’s like having your own private nature documentary right in the backyard!

Oversized Vehicle & Boat Trailer Parking:
Don't worry—the local wildlife won't mind your gear. We have custom-engineered our exterior to cater to the marine crowd. The property features a concrete driveway as well as a second dedicated sand/gravel drive offering a carport for your boat storage use. This smart layout easily accommodates multiple large passenger vehicles and offers possible pull-through parking for oversized boat trailers, trucks, and scalloping rigs without crowding the main entry.

*Note: The locked single-car garage is utilized strictly for host equipment storage and is not accessible to guests.*
