Our high end ultra modern gulf coast villa is situated on the sunny Cape Haze peninsula in south west Florida. It is a peaceful 4 bedroom retreat with one of the largest private pools in the area, there is a vast south facing lanai /patio overlooking an inland waterway with expansive water views where you can relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine while watching the wonderful local wildlife, there are five bikes, a 75” TV, all within a seamless indoor-outdoor living area.

The villa is a custom home built by Vantage Homes, an award winning south west Florida builder, it was built to a design created by a small international design consultancy and was handed over in 2025. The villa seamlessly blends all the latest technology with a peaceful local environment and is built to the latest green standards.

The house is in fact a five bedroom home but we have chosen to rent just the four guest bedrooms and keep our own special place within the home to ourselves, it's also handy to store some of our own personal belongings whilst we are not there ! We only rent the home when we are are not there and you will have the full home to yourself, there's lots of space to relax both inside and outside, in addition you've got a very large ±1,000 sq ft pool that's L shaped and nearly 60' long to keep you cool on those long hot days, for the cooler days we also include in the rental price the cost of heating the pool to 80 degrees, we can arrange for higher temperatures for a charge.

We are in the UK and always available by phone and email, we also have a local management company who are the absolute best, they're available any time you need them, they look after the place for us and make sure everything works.

Rotonda West is a peaceful, residential community nestled on Florida’s Gulf Coast, just a short drive from the beaches of Manasota Key and Boca Grande. Built around a series of canals and nature preserves, it’s the kind of place where mornings start with birdsong and end with golden sunsets over the water. The area is laid-back and safe, with quiet streets ideal for walking, cycling, or just soaking in the tranquillity of Old Florida charm.

You’re never far from something to do—whether it’s a round of golf at one of the local courses, a day at the beach, or exploring the nearby parks and wildlife areas. Shops, restaurants, and essentials are just 10–15 minutes away, but the neighbourhood itself remains calm and uncrowded. It’s a great base for families, couples, or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy a more relaxed pace of life.

Getting around is easy and hassle-free. Most guests choose to hire a car, which we’d recommend if you plan to explore the beaches, nearby towns, or make day trips to Sarasota or Fort Myers. The roads are quiet and well-kept, with plenty of free parking everywhere, including at the house.

If you’re staying local, you’ll find that Rotonda West is great for cycling and walking. We provide bikes for your use, and there are miles of quiet streets and nature trails to enjoy at your own pace. For essentials like groceries, restaurants, or pharmacy runs, everything is just a short drive away. Simple, convenient, and stress-free—just as a holiday should be.

All our guests will have complete access to all four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people, there is also a huge 2,500 sq ft sun deck with 60' pool. We keep the fifth bedroom to use ourselves when we visit, it also provides a handy area to store our bits and pieces while we are not there. You will be provided an access code to the property when you book and you will have sole occupancy of the property at all times.

There are bikes in the garage (2 adult and three children), the management company take care of the pool and gardens so you will always be assured of an attractive place to relax. If you require additional cleaning or golf bookings we are always here to help.

Unlike most rentals we INCLUDE pool heating to 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the rental price, our previous renters tell us this is perfect for most people, if you like it a little warmer we can increase the temperature, we only ask you cover our costs which will be in the range $100 - $300 per week dependent upon season.
