Ultra modern luxury gulf coast villa

Our high end ultra modern gulf coast villa situated on the sunny Cape Haze peninsula in south west Florida. The villa is close to white sandy beaches and is an area with a lifestyle that is long forgotten in our busy world. It is ideal for two families and can comfortably sleep six people in three bedrooms. There is a vast outside space with a 40’ swimming pool overlooking an inland waterway where you can relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine while watching the wonderful local wildlife.

Quite simply our gorgeous home on Florida's stunning gulf coast, away from the crowds, somewhere to relax, enjoy life as it used to be and if you can find time chase the little white ball around any one of 99 nearby holes.

The villa is a custom home built by Vantage Homes, an award winning south west Florida builder, it was built to a design created by a small international design consultancy and was handed over in 2020. The villa seamlessly blends all the latest technology with a peaceful local environment and is built to the latest green standards including a large solar array that provides electricity for the whole home.

The house is in fact a four bedroom home but we have chosen to rent just the three guest bedrooms and keep our own special place within the home to ourselves, it's also handy to store some of our own personal belongings whilst we are not there ! We only rent the home when we are are not there and you will have the full home to yourself, there's lots of space to relax both inside and outside, in addition you've got a very large 40' pool to keep you cool on those long hot days, for the cooler days we also include in the rental price the cost of heating the pool to 85 degrees, we can arrange for higher temperatures for a charge.

All our guests will have access to the full three bedrooms sleeping up to six people, there is also a huge 65' sun deck with 40' pool and a 45' covered area. We keep the fourth bedroom to use ourselves when we visit, it also provides a handy area to store our bits and pieces while we are not there. You will be provided an access code to the property when you book and you will have sole occupancy of the proeprty at all times.

We are in the UK and always available by phone and email, we also have a local management company who are the absolute best, they're available any time you need them, they look after the place for us and make sure everything works.

It's a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in fact it’s just like Florida used to be, sleepy peaceful and away from the madding crowd. This is the ideal place to come if you want peace and quiet, there’s no noisy nightlife just great beaches, great sunsets and lots of family restaurants. The house is surrounded by 99 holes of golf on six golf courses where everyone is welcome.

You really need a car, although we have had guests who come without one we really would recommend one.

There are bikes in the garage (2 adult and three children) all new in 2020, the management company take care of the pool and gardens so you will always be assured of an attractive place to relax. If you require additional cleaning or golf bookings we are always here to help.

Unlike most rentals we INCLUDE pool heating to 85 degrees Fahrenheit in the rental price, our previous renters tell us this is perfect for most people, if you like it a little warmer we can increase the temperature, we only ask you cover our costs which will be in the range $100 - $300 per week dependent upon season.
