Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with a reserved spot. Additional vehicles will need to park under the building in the garage or nearby at a 24-hour paid parking lot.

We are a short walk to Neyland Stadium and Thompson Boling Arena for all major sporting events in Knoxville.

We have electronic key code for contactless access to the property.

Check-out 10 AM

No early check-ins or late check-outs without approval. If an early check-in is possible, we will notify you as per our agreements/instructions.

We communicate with our guests via the Airbnb app and we will not be present for check-in.

Property Instructions:


We have some amenities but encourage you to bring anything you may need for your stay or ask us prior to arrival.

No Smoking or Vaping on property. $500 fine.

All garbage from your stay can be thrown in the dumpster located at the end of the parking lot.

Assigned Parking, we have space for 1 car with a provided parking pass. Any other vehicles must park under the building in the garage, on the street or nearby parking garage that accepts overnight parking. We are not responsible for towed or damaged vehicles.

HOA Rules: RULES & REGULATIONS

The Board of Directors of Renaissance II Homeowners Association established the
following Rules and Regulations for the Residents of Renaissance II in order to provide a
pleasant environment at Renaissance II. Please be advised, that non-compliance of the
Rules & Regulations will result in a $50.00 fine. The rules are as follows:

(1) Residents will be required to put all their trash in the Dumpster. You are not
permitted to leave trash on the walkway outside the door of your unit.

(2) Residents will be required to park only in the spaces provided. Illegal parking
will result in the illegally parked car being towed from the premises at the vehicle
owner’s expense. If parking passes are lost or removed, there is a $100 fee.

(3) Littering on the common grounds will not be tolerated. Continued littering in the
parking lots and common areas will result in a fine of $50.00 for each occurrence.

(4) No loud noise or loud music that causes a disturbance to another residence will be
permitted after midnight, which is consistent with City Ordinance. We encourage quiet times between 10 PM and 8 AM.

(5) Vandalism of the common property will not be tolerated. Continued vandalism will
result in fines to the offending resident for the cost to repair the damaged property.

(6) No animal of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept in or around a unit.

(7) No signs may be posted on the property without prior written consent from the
Board.
