This property is nearby train tracks and we've received guest feedback that they can hear the train throughout the night. Unfortunately, we cannot control the train or the schedule

The neighborhood around our home known as Whittle Springs, is a quiet, suburban area with an established, family-friendly vibe. It features primarily single-family homes, lending the area a stable and welcoming feel. The community is diverse, with a mix of working professionals, service workers, and families. It’s close to local amenities, with easy access to nearby parks and a short drive to the Smoky Mountains, making it ideal for nature lovers and outdoor activities.

Getting around the area is convenient by car, with quick access to main roads and highways like I-40, making it easy to reach downtown Knoxville and nearby attractions. Public transportation options are limited, so having a car is ideal for exploring. The neighborhood itself is quiet and walkable, though amenities and stores are best accessed by a short drive. For nature lovers, the Smoky Mountains are only a brief drive away, perfect for day trips and outdoor adventures.

★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.)
★Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee.
★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

★Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.
