I offer you my small forest garden retreat on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. It blends modern tropical rooms with traditional northern Thai wooden houses in a quiet natural setting. The Black House Museum is within walking distance, and the surrounding countryside with rice paddies, villages, foothills, and waterfalls is ideal for cycling and exploring local life. Chiang Rai city is easily accessible, and Grab is available.
In this listing you will stay in one of my modern garden rooms.

This 2-room modern, tropical style detached building is situated next to my main villa. It is fully separated by a 15-meter water feature and a hardwood fence, ensuring no visual contact and a strong sense of privacy and seclusion.

The unit consists of two rooms (22 m² and 28 m²), each with its own private modern bathroom. Both rooms have large sliding doors opening onto the private patio, creating a quiet outdoor living space within the garden setting.

Guests also have direct access to the shared one-acre garden and common outdoor areas, combining privacy with open green space.

In addition to your rooms and private water patio, you can enjoy my one-acre forest garden with pavilions, hammocks and seating areas.
At the lower part of the garden you will find the dining and reception area where you can also relax or order home-made breakfast.
I offer free city bicycles and geared rental tour bikes to explore the surroundings.

I live at the premises and you can always reach out to me for assistance or local, insider tips.

I do offer home-made breakfast but it is not included in your room rate. On request I can also provide home-cooked dinner if you notify me in advance.
