Finished in rustic travertine and lime-washed paint, the ground floor accommodates dining for six and a lounge furnished with a genuine white leather chesterfield, designer armchairs, and an 85-inch Frame TV.
The kitchen pairs solid wood counters with marble wall panels and a limestone farmhouse sink. Equipment includes induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, rice cooker, and a Japanese-style refrigerator. A skylight introduces natural light to the workspace.
A powder room with smart toilet and a sculptural copper basin completes this level, alongside a small annex for laundry and cleaning essentials.
A teak-deck entrance terrace with seating for four sits just beyond the door.

Second Floor

Oak long planks, bricks, and lime wash define the second level.
The first bedroom (18 sqm) features high ceilings, pendant lighting, a white brick wall with curated art, wrought-iron balcony, leather lounge chair with ottoman, a 65-inch television, and a king bed.
The second bedroom (18 sqm) introduces a Japanese sensibility through a tea seating corner, curved forms, rattan details, a 43-inch Serif TV, and a hanging chair on the balcony.
A shared bathroom includes a rain shower, smart toilets, blue oriental tiles , and golden fixtures.

Master Suite — Third Floor (40 sqm)

Occupying the full upper level, the master suite pairs oak flooring with a vaulted ceiling, antique stone tiles, and a teak canopy bed.
The bathroom features a freestanding antique-style bathtub, dual sinks in travertine on wood, a brass rain shower, and smart toilet. A private balcony introduces fresh air and daylight.

High-speed Wi-Fi complete the setup.

Situated in a quiet Thonglor soi, the house remains sheltered from noise while close to cafés, dining, and nightlife. Access via taxi or Grab is straightforward; BTS (2.5km) and the canal boat (300m) extend reach across the city.

HOUSEKEEPING & GUEST SERVICES

Housekeeping is available upon request and availability. Towels are refreshed upon request every two days; linens every seven days . Additional housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged at cost. Waste and recycling are handled discreetly.

We can assist with coordination for airport pick up, luxury MPV rental or Van with driver , private chef dinners, floral arrangements, and celebratory requests when needed, while not operating full concierge services.

PHOTOGRAPHY & EDITORIAL

The property may accommodate photoshoots, content creation, and editorial work with prior notice. Fees and scheduling are provided upon request.

Guests will have exclusive, full access to the entire house. The property is private and self-contained; no spaces are shared with the host or other guests, ensuring your total privacy

Interaction is discreet and service is available when needed. Guests are free to enjoy the house privately, while staff remain close at hand for amenities, replenishments, and assistance.
