I've travelled a little myself, and really appreciate a friendly host. I'll do my best to provide the same :) I'll greet you when you arrive, give you the keys, answer any questions, and (if you'd like) show you around the building, facilities, etc. I'm usually available for a quick response between 8am-8pm daily during your stay should you need me, and later in an emergency.

I'll meet with you again for your checkout, and to collect the keys.

There is ongoing development in Southbank for the NGV Contemporary gallery, running since 2024 and expected until 2028, about 300 metres away. There are currently some cranes in view. Past guests have consistently found the apartment peaceful, though you may hear some daytime activity, particularly when outside.

Street parking is available throughout Southbank, though it is important to note that between the hours of 7am-9pm, 7 days a week, it is largely paid and time limited to 3h.
