All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linens and towels may incur charges.

SOFA BED
The lounge sofa can also convert into a double bed if required. The linen is available in the central bedroom cupboard.

KEYS
Keys can be collected from the convenience store near the apartment. This is 300 meters, or a 2-minute walk, from the apartment.

Mon to Thurs: from 8:30 am to 11 pm
Friday to Saturday: from 8:30 am to midnight
Sunday: from 8:30 am to 11 pm

If you leave anytime and the store is not open, there's a drop-off key lock box.

Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and leave the house. You can contact us via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.
