Enjoy a comfortable, modern private room in a welcoming home. The room is designed as a cosy retreat, with thoughtful touches to help you relax and feel at home during your stay.

The room features a comfortable bed, a cosy chair with soft blankets, a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, a selection of books and a few games, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening.

Guests have access to the shared bathroom facilities, including a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet. Complimentary shampoo and body wash are provided.

The home is shared with 2–3 people, including the owners. Guests have their own private bedroom, with bathroom facilities shared with the household. The main living areas, including the lounge and kitchen, are primarily kept as private owner spaces and are not generally available for guest use.

It’s a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, with your own cosy space to relax and unwind.

The guest room is located behind the roller door.

The main shared bathroom and separate toilet are located in the hallway across from the guest room.

The other two bedrooms are private and not included in the stay.

Please note that use of the kitchen and main lounge area is not included in the stay.

We love our neighbourhood. It’s got some great local parks, and a couple of great restaurants/ cafes. It is a very family oriented area.
Hanleys farm is a beautiful subdivision with some great walks and tracks with stunning views of the Remarkables mountain range above.

7.7km to Queenstown International Airport

We are 13 minutes walk to the Number Four bus to Queenstown that passes the airport at Frankton Bus Hub.
Hanleys farm is located just off the Main road South to Invercargill making it the perfect place to start or end your journey from Milford Sound, Te Anau, Fiordland and The Catlins
There are great local walks and also the Jackspoint trail nearby.
