Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance.

🚗 Parking
Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
Please note you may see a few cars parked in the grass beside the driveway — these belong to our family and are permitted during guest stays.

🧺 Essentials & Extras
We provide starter supplies of basic amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, etc.). If you need additional items during your stay, just let us know — we’re happy to help when possible.

Our home is located in a quiet, historic South Knoxville neighborhood — about 14 miles from the airport, and close to UT Hospital, Downtown Knoxville, and Ijams Nature Center. The space is ideal for extended stays (30+ days), including professionals, medical staff, corporate teams, and students.
