• Visitor parking access (when available — please inquire ahead of time).

Entry is self check-in via a secure lockbox located at the building’s rear entrance for a smooth arrival at any hour.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out requests may/may not be possible — please message in advance to confirm availability.

🚗 Parking Information

The building’s on-site parking is not yet available as it’s a new development.
However, there are several safe and convenient options nearby:
• 24-hour parking at Harvey’s across the street
• Paid street parking on Dayton Ave (via Green P) — just a short 5-minute walk
• Plaza parking around the corner (availability may vary)

I’ll be happy to share the best options closer to your arrival to make things simple.

A playpen and highchair are available upon request — please let me know in advance so they can be prepared for your stay.

Please treat the space with care — an additional $50 cleaning fee may apply if the condo is left excessively untidy.

Holiday Season

Holiday rates apply from Dec 20 – Jan 6, reflecting seasonal demand and the elevated experience offered during this time.

🎥 For everyone’s comfort and security, a Blink door camera is installed outside the unit entrance. It monitors motion and entry activity only, ensuring guest safety and building compliance.

The camera faces outward and does not record any indoor or private areas.
