Our home offers 6 comfortable bedrooms (1 King, 5 Queen and 2 rollaway beds), wheelchair accessible first floor, 3 full washrooms, large event room, living room, office room, jacuzzi, gym, 3 smart TVs, movie room with 7 ft pool table, air hockey/foosball table, fully equipped kitchen and a large backyard.
Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the heated pool (open May 1 - Oct 1).

We have Google Home system installed with 2 security cameras on the front porch, one on the right side, one on the left side and two in the backyard. They will be on during your stay, for our guests safety. They are all outside the house.

We also have one noise detector in the kitchen to monitor loud noises or music.

POOL DETAILS

• The pool is ONLY open from May 1 - Oct 1

• The pool is heated to 82 °F. We do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate.

• The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning by our Groundskeeper.

POOL RULES:

• Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool.

• Keep noise levels moderate after 10pm to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood.

• Pool has a deep end. Not recommended to venture to the deep end if you aren’t able to swim or have consumed alcohol. Guests are responsible for their safety.

Guests will get full access to the whole house including the pool (seasonal), gym, movie/game room, and every space inside this massive and beautiful home.

Guests can contact the hosts 24/7 via Airbnb messages, phone or email.

Our property is located in Rathwood neighbourhood on the east end of Mississauga. It is a quiet, family-friendly, suburban retreat that borders on everything - retail, amenities, parks, major highways and the city of Toronto.

We are located at 4072 Wilcox Road, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1B7 about 2 km East of Square One Shopping Mall. Our property is just 8 km away from Pearson International Airport and you can take a taxi from the arrival area for about $45.
There is plenty of private parking in the front yard of the house (fits 6-7 cars), but if you choose to park on the street then please be aware of the following City of Mississauga parking rules:
- On-street parking is permitted for 5 hours, unless otherwise posted.
- On-street parking is allowed during statutory holidays between 8 am to 11:59 pm.
- On-street parking is not permitted from 2am to 6am year round.
