Optional Villages Lifestyle/Resident ID cards may be available for $50 per couple, per stay, paid to The Villages. These provide access to eligible Villages amenities and activities. Free guest passes are also available. Please request IDs in advance so we have time to process them.

Propane is not included. Guests may use any propane remaining in the tank at arrival. If propane runs out, Cameron Villages Rentals can arrange delivery and exchange of a full tank for $35 per tank, including delivery. Delivery is typically available within 3 business days.

Maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

A refundable security deposit may be required according to the terms of your reservation and rental agreement.
