The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes. It is also within walking distance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park & the Gatlinburg Strip. Please note that the condo sits on a small street that tends to see some traffic during busy times.

This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg. The easiest and fastest way to get around is walking. Most downtown attractions are within a 5-minute walk making it the perfect home-base for your vacation!

Please note that traffic can get congested in downtown Gatlinburg especially on holidays or other busy times. The easiest way to get around during high traffic times is by walking.

Also note that our WiFi can be a little spotty at times. It typically is great for video streaming or casual web browsing but probably is not the best option for those looking to work remotely from our property.
