The Space

Designed for a serene escape, the property features floor-to-ceiling living room windows overlooking the shore, an oversized kitchen counter bar, and a private balcony complete with a bar-top table for dining against the backdrop of the sunset.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4)
Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, spacious closet, and a dresser.
Hallway Bunk Area: Built-in twin bunks located in the hallway (ideal for children or additional guests).

Bathroom: Full bathroom equipped with a combination shower/tub, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Beach & Outdoor Perks
Step straight onto the sand. This property sits directly on a quiet, private stretch of Seagrove Beach—tucked peacefully between the vibrant town centers of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Guests bring own beach towels.

Complimentary Beach Setup: Includes two beach chairs and an umbrella (available seasonally from March through October).
Exploration: Grab bikes from the local corner rental shop to ride into Seaside within minutes, or take a scenic stroll right down the shoreline. Bring your own beach towels!

Property Amenities & Essentials
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and complete cookware/utensils.

Entertainment: Smart TV with cable/satellite channels, Netflix, DVD player, stereo, streaming services, and a collection of books.
Comfort & Convenience: Air conditioning, heating, on-site laundry facilities, iron/ironing board, and free WiFi.

Outdoor: Private balcony with seating. A large barbecue grill (in the parking lot). No grilling on balconies.

Maximum Occupancy: Strict 4-guest maximum (including infants/children) per HOA guidelines.
Pets: No animals allowed.

Smoking: Strictly non-smoking anywhere on the property per HOA rules.

Parking: Strictly one vehicle allowed per unit; a parking pass must be displayed on the car.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Check-Out Instructions:
Guests are kindly asked to start the dishwasher, gather used towels, take out the trash, remove leftover food/drinks, turn off lights, and lock doors prior to departure.

When you walk in, you’ll see the beach. Enjoy that view while you’re here.

We keep the beach clean and ready for guests! Just a heads-up: before arrival, we’ll send over our standard rental agreement for electronic signature. As part of that process, you’ll be asked to provide a credit card to keep on file, similar to checking into a hotel. The card is only used if needed under the terms of the rental agreement for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other guest-caused charges.

Only registered overnight guests are allowed to stay and enjoy the private beach. If you bring guests then you or you and your guests are required to use the public access spots. Op

Entire space. Guests are required to fill out a contract within 1 business day of booking. This is a private residence.

I’ll be in touch after booking to email a contract to you. No entry without the contract signed and returned. I’m always accessible by text.

Our place at the beach is very special to us, and we want our guests to be able to enjoy it as well as follow the rules of the condo.

One car, no parties, no visitors except those written on the contract. Max renters/guests allowed 4. No smoking. Credit card info is required in the contract. Will not be processed for payments. The card is held for security of our condo.
