Enjoy private deeded beach access just steps from the home, plus access to two community pools, including one that’s heated.

The driveway provides parking for up to two vehicles. Additional parking will be in public parking along Eastern Lake however is limited and first come first parked so would plan to limit to 2 cars only.

Things to Know Before Booking:

– Driveway only hold 2 cars.

– Public beach access on Eastern Lake Road is just a block and a half east of the home. This is one of the most unique beaches along 30A, where the rare Eastern Lake coastal dune lake periodically connects with the Gulf through a natural outfall. Walton County is home to 15 of these rare coastal dune lakes, a geological feature found in only a handful of places worldwide. It’s a must-see, especially on double red flag days, when the calm waters of the lake provide a great alternative for enjoying the water.
– We provide a starter set of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry pods.
– All payments are handled securely through Airbnb.
– Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability—just ask!
– Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
– Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
– Renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
– Nightly minimums are often longer on weekends and holidays.
– Any damage during your stay will be charged to the booking guest.
– The owner and host are not liable for injury or damage to persons or personal property.
