Our Guest Studios and Home have just been remodeled with spacious and private living area’s indoor and outdoor. Located in the Pearson Place Historic District next to Melrose you will be staying in our 1930’s home with easy gate access to both guest houses that are separate units. The spaces has a kitchen in the main house, kitchenettes in the studio, bar for 6, 3 living areas, 3 king beds, a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper sofa, an nice and comfortable air mattresses. Enjoy 5 large flatscreen Smart TV with access to Netflix, HULU Live, and other entertainment choices included sports channels. The outdoor space is spacious and secluded with a grill, tables, bar, and lounging areas. The double french doors can stay open to bring the outdoors in. Easy access to laundry facilities on property. You can entertain, do yoga, listen to music, watch movies, or just relax. Our goal is to make our home yours.

We live in the neighborhood just a few minutes away; it's our favorite neighborhood in Phoenix. Our property has keypad access with a unique code to access anytime during your stay. We are available anytime if you have a question or need assistance.

You can walk, catch the light rail, or take a short neighborhood drive to some of Phoenix's finest restaurants. Antique stores, mid-century modern galleries, and local artist spots are all a stroll away. Museums and sporting venues such as Chase Field and U.S. Airways Center are nearby.

We love the local bands at a wealth of nearby venues. Also close are iconic cultural destinations such as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, and the Children’s Museum.

Uptown Plaza and the surrounding Central and Camelback area in Phoenix offer a variety of attractions and activities. Here are some highlights:

We are located in the heart of the city, where you can walk, ride, or light rail to over 40 restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, shopping, and art. When you arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we are about 10 minutes away, or jump on the light rail at the station, and it will take you one block from our home for just a few dollars.

Valley Metro Rail is one block from our home. Valley Metro Rail is a 26.3-mile (42 km)[1] light rail line operating in the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa.

Uber or Lyft are always only a few minutes away, and with the central location, you can get to most of Phoenix and surrounding areas for a low fare.

Take a Waymo to get around town, a taxi with no driver that is available in our area. We love going places with Waymo, and it's affordable!
