This home does not have a central AC. Instead, the home is cooled off by a window AC unit which could possibly make a some noise at times.

→ A washer and dryer are also in the complex (shared) for guests to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The guest will have access to the entire unit including the shared laundry. Please, make yourself at home!

Talk about an ideal central location — we're only 8 minutes from the Biltmore, 5 minutes from Phoenix Children's Hospital, under 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and 10 minutes from Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. We're close to everything! Also, AJ’S Fine Foods and Whole Foods are a 5-minute drive away, so you can easily shop for groceries if you’d rather stay in. The apartment building has recently been renovated, and its in a gentrifying neighborhood.

Traveling by car is the preferred method with limited transportation available via city bus and few bicycle routes available in the immediate area. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is less than 6 miles away.
