🌡️ Heating and cooling are provided by a large wall-mounted PTAC unit. Its thermostat is on the living room wall next to the TV.
🔌 The power strips have USB charging ports. If a USB port isn’t working, press the button on the power strip to turn it on.

❄️ During colder months, ice may form on walkways, stairs, and other outdoor areas.
🧂 Salt and sand are provided, but please use caution because weather conditions can change quickly.

🔒 Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring devices are installed for safety and policy compliance. Noise monitors measure sound levels only and do not record conversations.
